Website has finally been updated! First meeting of the spring semester
was today.
Check out the new active
members list for all contact info.
For this semster, we're planning to have a) a fire show (!) b)
breakdance battle and c) perform at habijam, and perhaps some other
events, so we have some work to do.

Extra extra! New news. If anyone of you missed it (probably most),
elections were last week and we have new officers for next year!
Andrew is now President Guy
Vi is now Vice-President Guy-Girl
George is now Secretary Guy
and Asheesh is now Moola Master
Today, Amanda came and took pictures of us doing Entertainery stuff!
She is doing a photo project on our group :) Well, that's all for now!
Try to come next week so we can figure out what we're gonna do next
year-> O-show stuff and all that. Also to brush up on skills and

Eeeeek! Sorry for the lack of updates...Things have been hectic. SO!
The Entertainers performed last Friday in HABIJAM for about 15 minutes
after learning the routines basically the night before. YES. There was
toss juggling, breakdancing, unicycling, yo-yo, body balancing, and
glowsticks. It went pretty well judging by the audience reaction, and
people coming up to us after the show asking to be taught how to use
glowsticks. Excellent.
This Saturday at 7 at Shriver there is a dance marathon show thing. The
Egyptian Sun Bellydance troupe have asked us to perform with them so 4
of us glowstickers will be twirling (glowsticks) while they do a dance
in blacklight. So we'll be onstage for about 3 minutes if anyone cares.
The rest of the show sounds like it will be good.
Anyway, if you're looking at this site and are not part of
Entertainer's Club, come by some Tuesday night at 8 and learn some
tricks from us in the SDS room. Tell your friends!!! :D

So, we've been having practice every week.. I figured I didn't need to
post because people knew to come and no one reads this anyway. If you

which case, thank you very much), YeeeS, we DO have a meeting tomorrow.
It is at the same time (8pm), and same place (SDS room), and same umm..

about that. Brinkster only lets have a certain amount of bandwidth or
something, and we had exceeded our traffic limit for today. Arrrgh...
very annoying, and I don't like it! But I don't know where else to make
a webpage at the moment so, if anyone wants to host this, or put it on
their server, it'd be very nice :]

GUYS! Awesome show! The crowd loved us. I mean, yeah, there were a few
mistakes, but you know... Nascar... explosions...
Anyway, everyone was amazing. Great job tonight.
There was a significant improvement from last year's show for any of
you who were or weren't in it, so be proud of yourselves. That's all
for now. Can't wait till next time! :-D

P.S. I have the video. We should all get together in party form and
watch it sometime. I'm also hoping to make an entertainer's club dvd

Hey kiddos, Hope everything is going well... Our show is supposed to be
in 3 weeks.. time is getting short. If any of you remember Coffee
Grounds last year where we all started working on the choreography the
week of, the show was kind of..not good? We want to look good though so
please come to the meetings.
These things to be worked on:
Devil Sticks (Jon and Reuben)
Yo-yo (Andrew and Mike)
Diablo (Reuben and Alex)
Object Spinning (Alex)
Object Balancing (Reuben, Amir,..anyone else who can)
Acrobatics (DALLAS! just like 60 seconds..if that's okie w/u :D)
Toss Juggling (Reuben, Tom, Brian, Alex..maybe more)
Contact Juggling (Peter, Ryan, and...WE NEED A THIRD)
Glowsticks (Sherman, Paul, Alex, George, Andrew, Ryan)
Puppeteering Dance thing (Vi and Mel)
Unicycle (George)
Staff (Peter, Ryan, Paul, Vi)
Breakdance (Dallas, Chun, Peter, Vi)
Body Balancing (Peter, Vi)
Of course anyone else to want to perform in these can.. just work with
whoever is listed above or create your own new choreography :}
These meetings are your chance to work with other members on group
choreography.
And because you joined the Entertainers' Club, I'm sure you want to
perform at some point. Make it possible through practice. Newbies
perform too!
I'm sure you'll notice the comic below... One will be put up each week
so that you guys have more than one excuse to check this website.
